Return & Refund Policy
Grooming room rentals: Payments are non-refundable once the session has started.
Products: Only unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
No refunds for change of mind after service usage.

All grooming room rentals are charged on an hourly basis.
Customers are responsible for handling their pets safely during self-service grooming.
Pawsh Palace reserves the right to refuse service if a pet shows aggressive or unsafe behavior.
Boarding and hotel services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
